3. Ballot Boxes Brigade (3B)

In any General Elections, we especially the opposition should focus on the whole process from the printing of the ballot paper to the final declaration of results at the midnight.

That is why I had proposed BALLOT BOXES BRIGADE (3B or BBB).

Why it is so important as it is the final votes that can make the winner and quite difficult to go to the High Court because most of the documents are with the EC.

So we must make sure EC and its agents do not play games.

In GE 2004 and GE 2008, there were massive discrepancies of the ballot papers issued for the Parliament seat and the state seats under it.  The highest discrepancy was in P028 in GE2004 at 4,843.  There were enough big discrepancies in many seats in GE2004 and GE2008 that the Election Results could be declared null and void.  Some people make tons of money selling ballot papers.  So we had ILLEGAL Federal and State Governments.

In GE2013, I have checked Sabah’s Election Results, and there were still small discrepancies in at least 6 Parliaments making the results challengable.  Because I had filed two election cases on GE2004 and GE2008 to the High Court, EC had found a formula to ensure that these discrepancies are monitored but still some discrepancies still arose.  Even ZERO discrepancies are unreliable.  Any discrepancies can be considered electoral frauds.

If we conduct a comprehensive monitor of the printing of Ballot papers to the counting results, such discrepancies can be assured not to occur hence the results would be more reliable.  With this we have a True, clean, fair elections.

So should there be a snap General Elections for any reasons, we should start work on 3B by demanding EC to comply with our proposed Standard Operating Procedures.
